Motion by the respondent for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated March 20, 2012, which determined appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated May 24, 2010, a decision of the same court dated October 22, 2010, a judgment of the same court dated November 23, 2010, and an amended judgment of the same court dated December 20, 2010.
