Motion by the respondents to consolidate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 3, 2011, with an appeal from a judgment of the same court entered March 5, 2012, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants shall perfect the appeal from the judgment on or before July 16, 2012.
