Motion by the respondent to file under seal certain materials from the petitioner's underlying prison disciplinary hearing in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered March 22, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the supplemental confidential verified answer and annexed Exhibits L, M, N, and O submitted with the respondent's motion are sealed and will be reviewed in camera by the panel of Justices assigned to hear the appeal.
