| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents to direct the appellants to replace certain black and white photographs in the record with color photographs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated August 25, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before May 29, 2012, the appellants shall remove pages 196 through 197 from the copies of the record filed with the Clerk of the Court and either serve and file a supplemental record containing color photographs to replace the black and white photographs that were on those pages, or replace the subject pages with color photographs.
