Separate motions by Elizabeth D. G. and Peter S. for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, both dated May 4, 2012, and to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are for leave to appeal are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals purportedly taken as of right are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
