On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 15, 2012, in the above-entitled appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 25, 2011, is amended by deleting from the fourth paragraph thereof the words "trial exhibits 3 and 4" and substituting therefor the words "trial exhibits 1 and 3".
