An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Allegany County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on April 7, 2011, and respondent having moved to strike portions of appellant's brief, for an extension of time within which to file and serve his responsive brief, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Fern S. Adelstein, Esq., sworn to March 26, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Raymond W. Bulson, Esq., sworn to March 30, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to strike portions of appellant's brief is denied with leave to renew in respondent's brief, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time within which to file a responsive brief is granted on condition that respondent submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before June 18, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is in all other respects denied.
