Now, upon reading and filing the affirmations of David A. Johns, Esq., received April 20, 2012, dated April 27, 2012, and dated May 1, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Michael R. Vaccaro, Esq., dated April 26, 2012, and the affirmation of Christian C. Casini, Esq., dated April 30, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve reply briefs is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraphs of the orders of this Court entered April 11, 2012, and April 17, 2012, are hereby amended by deleting the date May 31, 2012, and inserting in its place the date June 15, 2012, and

It is further ORDERED that motion is otherwise denied.
