Tang, Esq., dated April 9, 2012, and April 20, 2012, and the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that respondent's motion to expedite this proceeding is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner's motion for an extension of time to file and serve a brief is granted on condition that the brief is filed and served on or before June 6, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent's briefs, if any, shall be filed and served on or before July 11, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing.
