Appeals by Concord Nursing Home, Inc., from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 27, 2012, and a judgment of the same court, dated March 9, 2012. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 26, 2012, enforcement of the judgment was stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appeals were perfected on or before April 25, 2012. The appeals have not been perfected.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 26, 2012, is vacated.
