| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Branko Vujanic from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 22, 2011. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 11, 2012, enforcement of so much of the judgment as directed the sale of certain artwork was stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before May 11, 2012. The appeal has not been perfected.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 11, 2012, is vacated.
