| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants Jennifer Whittemore, Kristine O'Hara, and Xiusheng, and application by the appellants Louis Thayer Merriam, Daniel Baran, Alice Greene, Ira Rampil, Paul Richman, Mohammad Zarabi, and Stony Brook Surgical Associates, P.C., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2), to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 13, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the application are granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until July 30, 2012, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
