Appellant having moved to expedite the appeal taken from an order of Monroe County Court, dated May 9, 2012, and entered May 14, 2012,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Geoffrey Kaeuper, Esq. dated May 18, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and appellant is directed to perfect the appeal pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.7 on or before June 28, 2012, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent file and serve a brief pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.7 on or before July 30, 2012, and
It is further ORDERED that any reply brief be filed and served on or before August 14, 2012, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal be placed on the term of this Court commencing on September 4, 2012, and
