On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 29, 2012, in the above-entitled action on appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 8, 2011, and an order of the same court dated October 3, 2011, is amended by deleting from the fourth paragraph thereof the date "June 30, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "June 30, 2012."
