Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated July 7, 2009, for leave to reargue her prior motion, in effect, to enlarge the record to include a "1997 Will'" and other documents, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 25, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
