Motion by appellant to vacate a decision and order of this court dated February 14, 2012, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, Second District, entered May 6, 2011.

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is hereby enlarged and appellant shall serve and file his brief on or before July 6, 2012.
