On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated May 31, 2012, on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated October 18, 2011, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed".
