| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to remove pages A661 through A667 of his appendix and references to those pages from his brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 27, 2011, and a judgment of the same court entered October 24, 2011. Application by the respondent to strike stated portions of the appellant's appendix and brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before June 25, 2012, the appellant shall remove pages A661 through A667 from the copies of the appendix on file with this Court and any references to the above pages from the copies of the brief on file with this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is denied without prejudice to making a motion for that relief.
