Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from an amended order of the Family Court, Putnam County, dated March 19, 2012, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nonfinal order in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5701[b][1]).
