2012-00568 In the Matter of Pedro R. Collazo, appellant, v Sandy L. Beltran, respondent. (Docket No. F-9518-04/11E)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Pedro R. Collazo from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 28, 2011. By scheduling order dated February 1, 2012, the appellant was directed to perfect the appeal within 60 days, if there were no minutes of proceedings to be transcribed. There are no minutes of proceedings to be transcribed and the appellant has not perfected the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules of the Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]).
