Appeal by Lydia DiDomenico, Joseph DiDomenico, and Michelle DiDomenico from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 27, 2011.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the order terminated upon entry of a final judgment on July 13, 2011; any issues raised by the appellants in connection with the order will be reviewed on the appeal from the judgment (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241), pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-08893.
