In the Matter of Onja G. (Anonymous), respondent,

v Anthony M. (Anonymous), appellant.

(Docket No. P-7779/11)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Anthony M. from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated March 1, 2012, and April 24, 2012, respectively.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated March 1, 2012, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 5 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated April 24, 2012, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from an order of a support magistrate before objections have been reviewed by a judge of the Family Court (see Family Ct Act § 439[e]).

SKELOS, J.P., DICKERSON, ROMAN and MILLER, JJ., concur.
