DER ON MOTION

Appeals by Randolph W. from three orders of the Family Court, Queens County, all dated January 10, 2012. The appellant's brief was filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court on May 31, 2012.

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals are consolidated the petitioners-respondents and the attorney for the children shall file 11 copies of their briefs, if any, and the appellant shall file 11 copies of the reply brief, if any; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), within 30 days of the date of this order, the briefs, if any, of the petitioners-respondents and the attorney for the children in the above-entitled appeals, shall be served and filed.
