Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated November 15, 2011, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Chester, Orange County, entered April 14, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and it is further
ORDERED on the court's own motion, that appellant's time to perfect the appeal is hereby enlarged and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before July 25, 2012.
