It is hereby ORDERED that Robert A. DiNieri, Esq., 47 Glasgow Street, Clyde, New York 14433, is hereby substituted as attorney for the child on the appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Steuben County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on November 30, 2010, in place and stead of Bonita J. Stubblefield, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the attorney for the child file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the appeal, together with proof of service, on or before July 30, 2012, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
