Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Angela Stamm-Phillips, Esq., dated May 18, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of Leonard G. Tilney, Jr., Esq., dated May 21, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before July 2, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
