| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the plaintiffs-respondents to amend a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 17, 2012, which granted a stay of all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 4, 2012, to reflect that the stay applies only to proceedings affecting the appellants.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the decision and order on motion dated May 17, 2012, is amended by (1) adding to the preamble thereof after the words "stay all proceedings" the following: "affecting the appellants", and (2) by adding to the first decretal paragraph thereof after the words "all proceedings" the following: "affecting the appellants".
