| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 17, 2012, and May 21, 2012, respectively, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated May 21, 2012, to consolidate the appeals, and for leave to renew a prior motion, among other things, to enjoin the respondents from conducting a special meeting and special election of the Greencroft Condominium II Board of Directors, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 14, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
