Motion by the defendant for leave to appeal to this Court from an undated order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, an order to show cause of the same court dated May 23, 2012, and a temporary order of protection dated April 3, 2012, and to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
