On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 4, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 17, 2011, is amended by adding the words "Nicholas Agostino and Orange Transportation Svc., Inc.," to the first paragraph thereof following the words "the appellants" and by deleting from the caption thereof the words "et al., defendants," and adding the words "et al., defendant" as set forth above.
