DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Bettina Machado from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 11, 2012. By order to show cause dated April 25, 2012, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered dismissing this appeal on the ground that the order was entered upon the consent of the appellant.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511).
