DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved of an assignment to represent the children on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 28, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the children, Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County, Children's Law Bureau, 320 Carleton Avenue, Suite 3800, Central Islip, N.Y. 11722, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the children herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the children:
