DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered April 16, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 30, 2012, which, on the Court's own motion, enlarged the appellant's time to serve and file his supplemental brief until July 31, 2012.
