DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute her appeals from five orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 24, 2010, July 19, 2011 (two orders), August 11, 2011, and August 12, 2011, respectively, to strike the brief filed by assigned counsel, and for leave to proceed pro se.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is granted leave to file a pro se supplemental brief, and on or before July 13, 2012, the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the respondent; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to section 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), the time of the respondents and the attorney for the child to serve and file their respective briefs in response to the brief filed by assigned counsel is enlarged until July 23, 2012.
