Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered January 13, 2009, to be provided with "a complete copy of the record on appeal," and to extend the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking leave to file a pro se supplemental brief after his new assigned counsel files a brief.
