ORDERED that this appeal from an order of the District Court of Suffolk County, Third District, entered November 23, 2009, is stricken from the general calendar on the ground that the transcripts transmitted to this court are incomplete in that they begin with the testimony of the first witness and end with the testimony of the last witness, and are missing everything else, including, but not limited to, opening and closing statements and the jury instructions.
