| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Joint motion by the appellants and the respondents on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both dated January 28, 2011, for leave to file a supplemental joint record and append certain material to the joint record on appeal filed with the Clerk fo the Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and upon the stipulation of the parties, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before June 18, 2012, the appellants International Society for Krishna Consciousness, Inc., and Governing Body Commission of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness shall serve and file a supplemental joint record containing the material referenced in paragraphs number 2, 3 and 4, of the stipulation, numbered sequentially, and the "missing pages" listed in paragraph 1 of the stipulation, numbered as set forth of paragraph 1 of the stipulation, and the motion is otherwise denied.
