On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 15, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated March 2, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Queens County" and substituting therefor the words "Dutchess County."
