Motion by ADT Security Services, Inc., to admit pro hac vice Bethany Munyan Shelton, an attorney in good standing in the State of Missouri, as well as the State of Kansas, to represent it on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 27, 2010, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated April 6, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted.
