An order having been entered on February 28, 2012, granting respondent-appellant's motion to perfect the appeals taken herein as a poor person, and assigning David J. Farrugia, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeals, and an order having been entered on March 6, 2012, substituting Robert M. Pusateri, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Edward P. Perlman, Esq., dated June 11, 2012,
It is hereby ORDERED that Debra D. Wilson, Esq., 415 Bewley Building, Suite 415, Lockport, New York 14095, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeals taken from orders of the Family Court, Niagara County entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on November 23, 2011, in place and stead of Robert M. Pusateri, Esq.; and said appeals may be prosecuted upon one stipulated or settled records and ten copies of appellant's briefs reproduced pursuant to CPLR 5529; and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Niagara County, provide Debra D. Wilson, Jr., Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeals are based, and
It is further ORDERED that the respondent-appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled records and ten briefs on the appeals, together with proof of service, on or before August 27, 2012, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
