Respondent-appellant having moved for permission to file an amended brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on April 27, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Peter J. DiGiorgio, Jr., Esq., dated May 5, 2012, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that respondent- appellant submit ten copies of his amended brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before July 5, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner-respondent may submit ten copies of an amended responsive brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before July 20, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of her responsive brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before July 20, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
