Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on March 24, 2011, and the attorney for the child having moved to consolidate the appeals and to supplement the record on appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Theodore W. Stenuf, Esq., dated May 15, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Shirley A. Gorman, Esq., dated May 16, 2012, the affirmation of Linda M. Campbell, Esq., dated May 17, 2012, and the statement of Linda M. Campbell, Esq., dated May 21, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted on condition that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before July 5, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept said brief for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to supplement the record on appeal is granted on condition that the attorney for the child submit copies of his notices of appeal to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before July 5, 2012.
