Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Brendan H. Little, Esq., dated June 6, 2012, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 2, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 11, 2012, and inserting in its place the date July 16, 2012, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 2, 2012, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 26, 2012, and inserting in its place the date July 31, 2012.
