| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of stated portions of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 14, 2012, and to permit unsupervised visits between Walter A. and the subject child Jocelyne A., pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before August 6, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their briefs, if any, on or before September 6, 2012; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before September 18, 2012.
