| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate motions by Elizabeth D. G. and Peter S. for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated May 30, 2012, entered under Docket No. V-17462/11, and to stay enforcement of that order and an order of the same court also dated May 30, 2012, entered under Docket No. P-18215/11, and to stay a hearing in the proceeding under Docket No. V-17462/11, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the orders dated May 30, 2012, as well as appeals from three orders of the same court all dated May 4, 2012, entered under Docket No. P-18215/11.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated May 4, 2012, under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2012-05079 and 2012-05080, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as leave to appeal from those orders was previously denied by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 17, 2012, under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2012-04148 and 2012-04149; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated May 4, 2012, entered under Docket No. V-17462/11, and assigned Appellate Division Docket No. 2012-05082, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order dated May 30, 2012, entered under Docket No. V-17462/11 is denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
