On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 29, 2012, which granted the defendant's motion for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, rendered June 14, 2011 (Ind. No. 10-00284), and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 16, 2012, which granted assigned counsel's motion to be relieved and assigned new counsel, are amended to reflect that the appellant also appeals from a judgment of the same court also rendered June 14, 2011 (Ind. No. 10-00496).
