Motion by the defendant Nicolas Raio on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 20, 2010, as resettled April 8, 2011, for leave to file a brief on the appeal. Application by the appellants-respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellants-respondents' reply brief shall be served and filed on or before July 23, 2012.
