| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate applications by the respondent Lake Lucille Community Association, Inc., and the respondent Lake Lucille Property Owners Association, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 23, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted to the extent that the applicants' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until July 16, 2012, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date and the applications are otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before July 31, 2012.
