Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated May 1, 2012, inter alia, for temporary guardianship of the subject child and to stay enforcement of an order of Tribunal de Primera Instancia, Sala Superior de Ponce, Puerto Rico, dated April 23, 2012, pending hearing and determination the appeal.
