On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 25, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 7, 2011, and November 16, 2011, respectively, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
